Key Stage 2 Class Teacher - Full Time (Salary Range MPR 1-6)
For a mixed age class of Year 5 & 6
Required September 2022
Fixed Term until end of Summer Term 2023 in the first instance
Buntingsdale is a small primary school that has a significant number of pupils from armed services
We are looking for an enthusiatic, skilled and committed teacher for a Year 5 & 6 class. ECT's are welcome to apply
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven teaching experience in Key Stage 2 – ideally within a mixed age class
- Be a classroom practitioner who displays drive, enthusiasm, a creative approach to learning and teaching for the all-round development of pupils including care, guidance and support.
- Be committed to raising achievement for our children
- A professional attitude and commitment to furthering their own development
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive behaviour management skills
- A high level of motivation and initiative
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to retain a positive attitude and a sense of humour even in challenging situation
